Drop your car off and pick up the loan car
Call us on 07-3255 6134 to make a booking enquiry. A loan car can also be arranged with a $33.00 insurance fee* until the job is complete.
*Subject to loan cars availability, prior booking is essential and the insurance charges might increase without further notification, please enquire at the time of booking.

Inspection and review quote
Our technicians will do a detailed inspection and provide you a quote**, itemising tasks required for the job to ensure your vehicle is in good working order. Our technician will perform a road test prior to every single service and mechanical repair to ensure all problems are rectified.
**Quote provided is valid for 7 days unless other arrangements have been made.

Quote approval
If you are ready to proceed with the quote, we will start the job. We provide regular status updates on your vehicles service/repair. While the job is in progress, if additional tasks are required, we will call you to advise and seek your approval prior to proceeding. The advice includes consultation on the additional task and an understanding of additional fees involved.

The quote you accept will be assigned to our master technician who inspects and services your vehicle. They will thoroughly explain your vehicles service and repair requirements, and also provide you advice on future complications on your vehicle, should they arise.
